This Privacy Policy explains how WonderWorks Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use AIPennyPal.com, our applications, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and (if you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google) the basic profile information that provider returns to us.

Financial content you submit. AIPennyPal is a personal-finance tool. We collect the expense entries, descriptions, amounts, categories, goals, recurring items, and other content you enter or import ("Your Content"). We do not connect directly to your bank; we only receive what you choose to provide.

Payment information. Paid plans are processed by a third-party payment processor. We receive limited billing metadata (such as plan, status, last four digits, and billing country) but we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage and device data. We automatically collect log data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs, and crash diagnostics.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and local storage for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may break parts of the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you and protect against fraud and abuse.
• Generate AI categorizations, summaries, and insights from Your Content for you.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing notices.
• Communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Produce de-identified or aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

3. AI Processing

To deliver categorization, summaries, and insights, Your Content (or relevant portions of it) may be sent to AI model providers acting as our processors. We instruct providers not to use your data to train their general-purpose models. AI output may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for decisions you make based on it.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers / processors who help us run the Service (e.g., hosting, database, authentication, analytics, AI model providers, payment processors, email delivery), under contracts requiring confidentiality and appropriate safeguards.
• Legal and safety disclosures when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or us.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
• With your consent for any other purpose disclosed at the time.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

6. Security

We follow industry best practices to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege role separation, and isolated per-user data via row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. You can exercise most of these directly in your account settings or by emailing support@aipennypal.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

8. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 12. EEA / UK Users (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the Service), consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies), and legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by additional notice in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
